Each of the Standing Committees (Budget & Personnel, Baptist Collegiate Ministry, Clara Springs Camp, and Toledo Resort Ministry) held planning meetings, followed by the overall Executive Board which conducted business as required by the Constitution and By-Laws of the District Eight Baptist Convention.

	Bill Hines, Convention President, signs the Legal Document that will allow the Property at Toledo Bend Baptist Resort Ministry Center, near Zwolle, to come under the ownership of the Executive Board of District Eight Baptist Convention.     Lee Dickson, District Eight Mission and Ministries Coordinator, is witnessing the signing.  The property had previously been under the ownership of the Louisiana Baptist Convention for the past 39 years.
